Builder gel is applied over the natural nail to create an apex — a slightly raised point of strength that lets the nail flex rather than crack. Soft builder gel is usually already included with Gel Color services; if it is added separately it is +$10, and hard builder gel is +$20 for a firmer overlay.

Custom simple and custom detailed designs are priced by the design itself and the time it takes. That is why we quote before we start rather than publishing a flat number. Length, complexity, charms, accessories and appointment time all affect the final price.

All extensions are add-ons to your Gel Color service: Gel-X extensions +$70, traditional tip extensions +$90, and sculpted builder gel extensions on nail forms +$90. If you already have tips on and just need them refreshed, an extension refill reusing your existing tips is $30.

Yes. A gel pedicure in a solid colour is $60, cat eye is $70, and custom pedicure designs are priced by the design selected.

We make custom press-on sets, priced by the design selected. They are a good option if you want to reuse a set or need something ready before a trip or an event.

Complimentary removal is available only when you are receiving a new set at V Best Nail Art. If you are coming in for removal only, it is charged: with basic nail care (shaping and cuticle care) natural gel is $30, Gel-X is $40 and acrylic or dip is $50. Quick removal only, with no shaping or cuticle care, is $15, $20 and $30 respectively.

Yes. Acrylic and dip removal is $50 with basic nail care, or $30 for quick removal only — and it is complimentary if you are getting a new set with us in the same visit. Please mention what you currently have on when you book so we can allow enough time.

Come in and we will fix it. A broken nail repair is $5 per nail and a single nail gel extension is $10 per nail — no need to redo the whole set.

Inspiration photos are very welcome and we will do our best to recreate the design you want. Because every nail bed, length and shape is different — and because reference photos are often edited — an exact 100% match cannot be guaranteed. We will always tell you honestly what will and will not translate to your hands.

Yes. A basic manicure covering nail shaping and cuticle care only is $20, with no colour or gel application.
